Their Auckley studio, based at Yorkshire Wildlife Park’s Yorkshire Hive, is home to their Signature Sculpt, Barre, Yoga and HIIT classes. Their Bawtry studio at Bawtry Hall is dedicated to a Rise-former® Method - their unique take on reformer training, combining strength, control and endurance on our custom-built beds.
