Questions, answered

01How do I get my card after joining?
As soon as your payment goes through, your Don Card is issued to Apple or Google Wallet and saved to your account. You'll also get a link by email so you can add it to any device.
02Where can I use it?
At any participating Doncaster business. Browse the deals by category to see exactly what your card unlocks and where.
03How does the discount actually work?
Show your card at the till before you pay. Staff check your member number and apply the offer shown on that deal — no codes to remember, no vouchers to print.
04What does it cost, and does it renew?
An introductory rate for your first year. It renews annually and you can cancel anytime from your account; your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
05Is it one card for everything?
Yes. One card unlocks every deal on the platform. There's nothing else to buy and no per-deal fees.
